Paul Queen

Managing Director

Paul oversees the strategic direction for offshore operations and for the quality of service delivery to our global client base. Paul sets high standards for operations, implemented though excellent leadership and effective management skills gained during his time in the Royal Marines. In his time with Solace Paul has focused on driving sustainable growth and helping position the company as an industry leader in offshore risk management.

Clyde Davies

Senior Project Manager

Clyde is a former army Warrant Officer with 25 years of operational experience in theatres worldwide. Before joining SGM, Clyde enjoyed a varied 5 years at sea providing security consultancy to a wide range of vessel operators within the high-risk areas of the Arabian Gulf, East and West Africa. Clyde applies in-depth knowledge of the offshore industry to tailor bespoke solutions to the security concerns of SGM clients.

Kate Jamieson

Project Manager

Joining SGM from a maritime background, Kate has extensive experience within operations, logistics, and vessel management, from over a decade spent in both the private security and the wider shipping industry. Kate develops bespoke risk management plans and procedures, as well as holding responsibility for ongoing vessel quality assurance.
