We receive your travellers’ ticket automatically by integrating with your travel management company. Each itinerary shows in the Solace secure platform with automated protocols to notify risk and travel managers.
The platform can automatically send relevant country reports and any real-time alerts for the destination until the end of the trip. Travellers can call Intrinsic for pre-travel advice direct from the app.
During the trip each traveller can ‘Check-In’ on the app. The Intrinsic security team monitor the local area for any high or severe alerts that could impact the traveller’s safety.
If travelling to a high risk location, we can provide enhanced security measures, including meeting the traveller at the airport and providing a secure transfer to their hotel, with full coordination and 24/7 monitoring by the Intrinsic team.
If in the night the traveller feels unwell or is involved in an incident. Through the app they can ‘SOS’ or ‘Call with location’ and speak to the Intrinsic assistance team. We can provide an over-the-phone assessment and arrange for medical assistance if required.
Working together, the Intrinsic Medical and Security Team make all necessary arrangements for traveller to be securely moved to and treated in an approved medical facility, with contact liaison and bill payment.
After they have recovered, the traveller is securely transferred to catch a flight home. Once home, Intrinsic can help with any claims management and after care.
