Global Intelligence Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. “Subscriber” refers to the individual or organisation entering into this agreement for access to Solace Global Intelligence services.
1.2. “Reports” means the weekly intelligence updates delivered via email.
1.3. “Bespoke Pre-Travel Advisories” means custom risk assessments provided upon request as part of the subscription.
1.4. “Solace Global” refers to Solace Global Risk Ltd.

1.5 “Business Days” refers to a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England) when banks in London are open for business

2. Subscription Overview

2.1. The Solace Global Intelligence Subscription (“Subscription”) provides Subscribers with weekly intelligence reports delivered via email.
2.2. The Subscription is billed annually and will automatically renew on the anniversary of the original purchase unless cancelled at least 14 days prior to renewal. Subscribers will receive an email reminder 30 days before renewal.
2.3. The Subscription includes a minimum of 50 weekly reports per year, with reports not issued on UK public bank holidays.
2.4. Subscribers are entitled to two (2) Bespoke Pre-Travel Advisories per year. These cannot be requested within the first 14 days of the Subscription’s commencement.

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

3.1. All Reports and associated content are the intellectual property of Solace Global Risk Ltd and are protected by copyright and applicable laws.
3.2. Subscribers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Reports for internal purposes only.
3.3. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or shared externally without prior written consent from Solace Global.
3.4. Internal redistribution within a Subscriber’s organisation, including via internal platforms or IP networks, is prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted and appropriate attribution is provided.
3.5. Attribution to Solace Global Risk Ltd must be retained in all uses and references to the content.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

4.1. By subscribing, you consent to Solace Global collecting and processing your personal data (including name and email address) for service delivery and communication purposes.
4.2. Data is processed in accordance with Solace Global’s Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. The Privacy Policy can be accessed here.
4.3. Subscribers have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting info@solaceglobal.com.

5. Subscription Management

5.1. The Subscription permits one (1) registered user to receive Reports via email. User details may be updated upon request.
5.2. If a Subscriber unsubscribes from the mailing list, Solace Global Risk Ltd cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.
5.3. The Subscription is delivered exclusively via digital means.

6. Service Guarantee, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

6.1. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to renewal to avoid charges. Cancellation will not affect access during the paid period. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.

6.2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

A written request is submitted within 30 days of the Subscription start date.
No more than four (4) Reports have been delivered.
No Bespoke Pre-Travel Advisories or custom services have been provided.

If bespoke services have been provided, a partial refund may be considered, minus service costs. All requests should include full name, subscription email, and reason, and be sent to info@solaceglobal.com. Approved refunds are processed within 14 Business Days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests made after the 30-day period.
Missed reports due to unsubscribing to mailing list
Renewals cancelled after the renewal date.

6.3. Exceptional Circumstances
Solace Global Risk Ltd reserves the right to terminate a subscription without notice for serious breaches of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Reports are for informational purposes and do not constitute definitive advice. Solace Global Risk Ltd disclaims liability for any decisions made based on the content.
7.2. Solace Global Risk Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Reports.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. Solace Global Risk Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, government actions, or internet outages.

9. Indemnity

9.1. The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Solace Global Risk Ltd against any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse or unauthorised use of the Reports or breach of these terms.

10. Amendments

10.1. Solace Global Risk Ltd may amend these terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
