Your travellers are monitored by our UK-based Global Security Operations Centre, with easy check-ins and access to emergency support via the Solace Secure app where our response team will respond to SOS alerts immediately. During the trip, if a member of your team misses a check-in we’ll reach out to confirm their safety, and, if we are still unable to establish a connection, we’ll follow escalation protocols to keep your people safe – 24 hours a day.
