Our K&R response process is proportionate and professional and begins in the 24/7/365 Response Centre where our response managers are trained to deal with all types of crisis’ but specifically K&R first response.

Whatever the motivations of the group carrying out the kidnapping, we always recommend that companies/families seek the advice of an experienced responder. This is to ensure that the outcome meets the needs of the hostage, which may not always correspond with the UK or any other government’s goals.

Training Courses 

With years of experience and a team of highly trained professionals, Solace can support organisations or individuals with Kidnap and Recovery training courses. This course focuses on the corporate world and the roles and responsibilities of the response team.

Aided by the use of scenarios, our K&R training course enables learners to explore and understand the duty of care and responsibilities they are faced with if this situation were to occur. Training courses can be company specific and bespoke to your nature of business, highlighting the associated risks involved with a particular task, location or event and mitigating against these whilst keeping personnel informed and prepared.
