Solace Cyber joins Zenzero and becomes Zensec

Solace Cyber becomes Zensec

After four years of significant expansion, Solace Cyber has been acquired by Zenzero, one of the UK’s leading managed service providers. As part of this next chapter, Solace Cyber will evolve to Zensec in a phased roll-out from 1 October 2025.

For our Solace Global Risk and Maritime clients, there will be no change to your services, team or SLAs.

  • No change to Risk services. Solace Global Risk continues to operate from our Poole HQ with the same team, service delivery and SLAs across our Solace Secure platform, journey management & protective services, and intelligence products.
  • Same people, same contacts. Your day-to-day points of contact and escalation paths do not change.
  • If you also use Solace Cyber: you will hear from the cyber team in the coming weeks regarding the brand transition to Zensec. The team remains the same, but the branding will evolve.

Solace Cyber capability now sits within a larger group—bringing additional resilience and breadth. Under Zenzero, clients can access an enhanced portfolio across cloud, cyber, data and support, delivered by ~840 specialists across the UK, the Channel Islands, South Africa, the UAE and Australia. There is no obligation to change anything.

  • Contracts remain as-is. There is no change to your existing terms and conditions for Solace Global Risk and Solace Cyber.
  • Security and data protection standards are unchanged. Our governance, processes and commitment to privacy remain exactly the same.
What’s changing?

Solace Cyber has been acquired by Zenzero and will rebrand to Zensec in a phased roll-out beginning 1 October 2025.

Does this affect my Solace Global Risk services?

No. Your Risk services, team, SLAs and contacts remain the same.

Will my service be interrupted?

No. We have planned a seamless transition with no service interruption.

Do my contracts change?

No. Existing contracts and terms remain as they are.

Do I need to do anything?

Nothing is required. If you also use Solace Cyber services, you’ll receive guidance from the team as the branding updates to Zensec.
