Day 1

Assessment

Prior to deployment, our intelligence team conducted a detailed risk assessment of Damascus and surrounding areas, analysing current security trends and on-the-ground dynamics. Based on these insights, Solace recommended an appropriate low-profile security posture and vehicle configuration.

Day 2

Arrival

Our Operations Team coordinated the arrival of three local security drivers and three English-speaking close protection officers (CPOs) equipped with low-profile SUVs. Secure airport transfers were conducted upon arrival, with all movements monitored in real time by the GSOC.

Day 3

Operations

The security teams escorted delegates to a series of high-level meetings across Damascus, including at various government ministries. Adjustments were made to routes and timings to ensure safety and efficiency amid changing local conditions.

Day 4

Extended Support

As schedules evolved, Solace extended support beyond the initial request, providing continuous journey management coverage for all personnel until departure. All operational updates were relayed in near real-time to the client’s Director of Security, ensuring full visibility throughout.
